OUR INSPECTION PROCESS
The time a home inspection will take depends on the size of the home – we are there to be thorough, so please allow enough time for this.
I start with the exterior/roof, taking many pictures and documenting as I go. Then I move inside to areas such as the kitchen, checking major appliances. From there it’s a bottom-to-top methodical flow from the basement to the attic. Feel free to follow along during the inspection. It’s not a requirement, but it can be very beneficial later when you are reading the report to be able to recall the item in question.
At the conclusion of the inspection, I’ll answer any questions you have. Your written report will be sent via email within 24 hours. You’ll also have my contact info, and I’m available anytime to discuss your concerns.
I conduct the inspection following the INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF CERTIFIED HOME INSPECTORS (InterNACHI) Standards of Practice.
